Its system ingests a firm's procedures, training videos, and expert feedback, runs processes end-to-end, and, the company says, repairs itself when the underlying software changes. The pitch behind "turn your business into software" is concrete: operators define workflows in plain English using Poetic's own programming language, and the system converts that into deterministic, near-tokenless execution under the hood , which is how the launch tweet's claim of high accuracy at a fraction of typical agent token costs holds together.
