Paraform Hiring Intelligence is the newest product from Paraform, an agentic hiring platform aimed at companies filling high-stakes technical and executive roles. The core idea is to pair a large network of specialized human recruiters with custom AI agents that learn a company's preferences, culture, and feedback loop, then use that context to surface stronger candidates faster. Companies post their hardest-to-hire roles and get matched with expert recruiters who have a proven track record filling exactly those kinds of positions, while recruiters get access to roles at top companies plus AI-powered tools for sourcing, CRM, scheduling, and candidate matching. The launch matters now because hiring is one of the last white-collar workflows where AI has struggled to move the needle on quality, and Paraform is betting the fix requires infrastructure that compounds with every search rather than a standalone copilot. Paraform describes its direction as an all-in-one agentic hiring platform, powered by a talent graph built on strengths and passions, that compounds intelligence with every hire. The product is aimed squarely at founders and hiring leaders at high-growth startups, with customers including Cursor, Ramp, Rippling and Palantir already using the marketplace. The company was founded in 2022 by Australian-raised entrepreneur John Kim along with co-founder Jeffrey Li , who started Paraform after trying to recruit each other and running into the same friction operators complain about. It has since attracted meaningful backing, with Paraform raising funding for an agentic hiring platform expanding AI-driven recruiting , and this launch consolidates its sourcing, matching, and workflow tooling under a single Hiring Intelligence layer that both recruiters and hiring managers work on top of.
