The video has potential, but the edit is holding it back, it feels basic and hollow. It needs more intention and character.

About

Lumian is an AI-native agency for brands selling on Amazon, pairing 24/7 AI agents with human brand managers and specialists who run listings, ads, inventory, and account health from a single shared workspace. It is aimed at Amazon sellers who currently stitch together in-house staff, a creative shop, a PPC agency, and a handful of point AI tools, and want one operator accountable for the whole account at a lower cost than a traditional agency retainer. The launch is tied to a $3 million funding round and arrives as selling on Amazon has gotten materially harder, with the team citing a sharp drop in new seller registrations in 2025 and the platform's shift toward intent-based AI search, drifting CPCs, and ranking penalties from stockouts. Lumian's pitch is a continuous loop where agents monitor accounts overnight, surface issues like ranking drops or content overwrites, draft fixes across ads and copy, and route them to a dedicated brand manager for approval before anything ships. The company is co-founded by Robin Lobo, a Harvard MBA who previously built and sold a seven-figure Amazon business, alongside co-founder Tauseef. Early customer references on the company site include dogIDs, Stone Lain, Velous Footwear, and Dr. Vanilla, with feedback centered on creative output, ACoS and TACoS reductions, and Lumian operating as an extension of the in-house team rather than a reactive vendor.

The 'RT for a free audit' move is the oldest growth hack in the Amazon playbook and yet here we are, watching it work in real time. Respect the hustle.

Would love to see the conversion funnel on this launch tweet. Bet the RT-to-actual-signup ratio is going to be brutal once the audits land in inboxes.

Tomáš Kowalski4/29/2026

ok wait, 'fully managed' is doing a LOT of heavy lifting here. Is the agent handling supplier disputes at 2am or does Robin still pick up the phone?

Margaux Bellamy4/29/2026

Curious what the take rate looks like vs traditional agencies. 'Fraction of the cost' is cute marketing but I want a percent of GMV before I believe it.

Kenji Aburaya4/29/2026

Tweet copy is clean but the all-caps ANNOUNCING in 2024 feels very Product Hunt 2019. Lowercase launches are winning these days.

Sold a 7-fig Amazon biz then built the tool you wished you had. That's the bio that actually makes me click the link.

Been watching this space for months and Lumian's the first team I've seen with actual operator scars. Already texting two of my brand founders about this.

Rafael Vidigal4/29/2026

Tagline rewrite, no charge: 'Run your Amazon brand on autopilot. Keep the margin.' You can venmo me later.

Yusra Al-Mansoori4/29/2026

Roadmap suggestion: let the agent draft and A/B test listing copy variants per ASIN automatically. Pretty sure that's where the real lift hides.

Before any of my procurement folks touch this, I need to know about SOC2, data residency, and whether the agent has audit logs. Marketing sites never answer this.

Imagine tokenizing audit credits so brands can stake LUMIAN to prioritize their queue. I'll see myself out.

Hana Morimoto4/29/2026

hot take: the audit-as-lead-magnet works once. The real test is whether sellers stay after the agent flags 40 things they don't want to fix.
