Nice video, but too long and not getting enough traction.

About

Bevel is a New York based health app that pulls together wearable data, bloodwork, lifestyle inputs, and medical records to generate personalized coaching. With version 3.0, the team is shipping three major additions: a rebuilt Bevel Intelligence that acts as a 24/7 coach, a Health Records feature for storing labs and clinical notes in one place, and a Biological Age metric. Bevel Health is a series A company based in New York City (United States), founded in 2024 by Grey Nguyen and Aditya Agarwal. Co-founder and CTO Ben Yang rounds out the founding team. The pitch behind 3.0 is connective tissue between data sources that usually live in separate apps. Bevel Intelligence now writes day-by-day training and strength plans, adjusts them based on sleep and recovery, and pulls from a new Files feature that gives the assistant persistent memory across sessions. Health Records lets users upload bloodwork and clinical documents so the assistant can cross-reference biomarkers against daily biometrics and publicly available research when something feels off. Biological Age is a long-term health metric powered by wearable data, daily habits, and bloodwork, recalculated weekly every Monday using a rolling average of the past month of data. This launch matters because the consumer health space is crowded with single-purpose trackers, and Bevel is betting that the value sits in synthesis across biometrics, labs, nutrition logs, and goals rather than in any one signal. Founders, operators, and investors watching the AI health coach category will find 3.0 a useful reference point for how a small team is structuring memory, document ingestion, and longitudinal scoring inside one app.

The thumbnail is doing a lot. Three feature names stacked over a glowy ring chart feels like you couldn't pick a hero. Bevel Intelligence alone would have hit harder.

Tomasz Kowal4/29/2026

Biological age is the horoscope of biohacking. Tell me my number is 28 and suddenly I trust the entire app.

Samira N.4/29/2026

Naive question: if I don't have bloodwork uploaded, does Biological Age just guess from my steps? Because that feels like it would be very confidently wrong.

Any public docs on how Health Records ingests data, or is this a closed pipeline? Asking because every time someone says 'connected' I check if it actually connects to anything I own.

The cut at 0:14 from wrist to dashboard is clean but the voiceover is half a beat behind every transition. Tighten that and the whole video lifts.

Yusuf Demir4/29/2026

Hook is buried. You front-load three feature names before showing a single human face. Lead with the person, then drop the 3.0 reveal at second four.

Curious what the impression-to-click ratio looks like on this one. Health launches usually overperform on saves and underperform on replies, and your reply count tracks.

Show me the demo without the pre-recorded overlay and I'll believe Bevel Intelligence is doing something my Apple Watch app isn't already faking.

Elena Marchetti4/29/2026

Been watching this category quietly and Bevel is the only one that didn't pivot to a chatbot. The 3.0 framing makes it feel like an actual product cadence, not a vibe shift.

Reminds me of what Levels was reaching for before the CGM detour. If Bevel Intelligence actually closes the loop on recommendations, this is the version of the category I keep waiting for.

What's the uptime story when half a million wearables sync at 7am? 'Intelligent system' usually means a single Postgres crying in a corner.

Carlos Renteria4/29/2026

The kerning on 'Bevel Intelligence' in the title card is loose compared to the body type. Small thing, but on a launch frame people stare at for 4 seconds, it reads.

Ifeoluwa Bankole4/29/2026

Procurement question before I show this to our benefits team: SOC2, HIPAA BAA, SSO via Okta? Employee wellness budgets are real but only if the checklist clears.

Reporter here, would love to chat about how Health Records actually pulls from provider systems. DMs open whenever you have ten minutes.

Every health app eventually becomes a dashboard nobody opens after week three. The market for daily-active health coaches is smaller than the deck suggests.
