Haladir's Nomos Sandbox is an interactive, browser-based simulation of Nomos, the company's AI decision layer aimed at 3PLs, distributors, and beneficial cargo owners running warehouses and sortation centers. After requesting access, operators log in and spend a session inside a working facility, either through a guided walkthrough or free play, watching how Nomos would have handled their own kind of daily decisions. The launch matters because, as the team frames it, the bottleneck for AI in logistics is change management rather than model quality, so buyers get to observe the software working on problems that resemble their own instead of taking a pitch on faith. Inside the sandbox, a live console spans order release, inventory availability, pick waves, labor, and outbound transportation, with a 3D digital twin at the center showing how each decision plays out on the warehouse floor. When a disruption hits, Nomos weighs available capacity, inventory, labor, and shipping deadlines, then proposes actions like new pick waves, replenishment moves, schedule adjustments, or additional transportation, letting operators review the reasoning, ask follow-up questions, and preview the outcome before approving. The pitch behind it aligns with Haladir's broader framing of Nomos as a framework for building AI decisional intelligence across warehouses, trucking, air and ocean freight, and the rest of the supply chain , positioned by the company as "operational superintelligence" that combines formal solvers with LLMs . Haladir is a Y Combinator Winter 2026 company founded in 2025 by Jibran Hutchins, Quan Huynh, Preston Schmittou, and Joseph Tso, with four employees based in San Francisco . Hutchins, the CEO, is the author of the launch post, and access to the sandbox is open now through haladir.com/demo.

A sandbox for a warehouse AI is genuinely a smart move, most logistics vendors hide behind a 40 minute sales call and a PDF.

Before I tweet 'interesting', what does retention look like when a customer's WMS changes vendors mid-contract? Decision layers get ripped out fast when the substrate shifts.

Public sandbox is the right call but you're going to get a ton of tire-kickers logging in once and never coming back. Track second-session rate, that's the only number that matters here.

Is there an API behind Nomos or is the sandbox the only surface right now? Curious about webhooks for sortation events and whether there's a rate limit on decision calls.

Is the sandbox running against a real inference path or is it a scripted playback with dressed-up UI? Big difference for anyone evaluating this seriously.

The cut from the empty warehouse to the sim overlay at the 7 second mark is the whole video, everything after that is just proof. Would've held it another beat.

Would love to chat before you get slammed with access requests. Any design partners you can name, even one?

ok wait, a public sandbox for logistics AI is actually unhinged in a good way. most of this space treats demos like state secrets.

The Nomos wordmark is doing a lot of heavy lifting in that thumbnail, the sandbox screenshot behind it is way too dim to read. Crank the contrast.

Curious what the decisioning approach is under the hood, MILP with an LLM planner on top, or pure learned policies? Papers on warehouse dispatch have been all over the place lately.

How small is the team behind this? Sortation logic plus a public sim is not a weekend project, respect if it's under five people.

The tweet has a decent hook but the second image loads muddy on mobile, you're going to lose a chunk of clicks right there. Worth swapping.
