Assemble
Agents for Enterprise IT
About
Before I loop in procurement: SOC2 Type II, SSO via Okta, and data residency options? Selling to IT teams without those is a non-starter and you know it.
An agent that touches Workday config is either genius or a liability lawsuit waiting to happen. I genuinely can't tell yet and that's why I'm watching.
Docs page or it didn't happen. Also curious if the dependency graph is exportable or trapped inside the platform forever.
Tweet copy is too flat for what the product actually does. 'Map, implement, audit' reads like a checklist when the video shows something way more interesting.
The split-screen in the launch video where you show the dependency map filling in was genuinely tasty. Whoever edited that earned their coffee this week.
Been tracking this team quietly and the wedge into ERPs is smarter than the horizontal agent pitches flooding my inbox. Very much rooting for you.
Call me when there's a Sharepoint connector. Still evaluating this against a well-configured ServiceNow instance from 2019.
Enterprise IT budgets are being consolidated into three vendors right now. Agents in this niche will get squeezed unless you're acquired by one of them within 18 months.
Fourth AI-agents-for-IT launch I've seen this quarter and the first one where the demo actually shows an audit trail. That's the only slide that matters to buyers.
I'm three weeks from launching something adjacent and now I'm just going to stare at your onboarding flow for ideas. Thanks for the free consulting.
Naive question but what happens when the agent implements a config that breaks a downstream integration nobody documented? Does it roll back or just apologize?
Ops question: how are you actually landing in accounts? IT teams don't take cold demos, they take referrals from other IT teams. What's the wedge in?
Every ERP is a graveyard of good intentions. If your agent can even read the tombstones you've already won.
